Corporate Services Administrator

Hours: 37 hours per week

Based: Bathgate

Salary: £24,117 to £33,366 pa [dependent on skills and experience] plus additional benefits

The Corporate Services Team provides a centralised efficient business support and administrative service to a wide range of people, ensuring high standards, key performance indicators, service level agreements and business objectives are met at all times.

 

Candidate requirements include the following:

  • High standard of general education
  • Significant Administrative experience preferably within a Corporate Services environment delivering services within a complex business support function
  • Experience of minute taking, preparing agendas and Board papers
  • High level of expertise in using Microsoft Office packages and databases with ability to produce reports from a variety of systems
