subsidiary organisation of Weslo Housing Management.
Weslo Initiatives provide the management and letting function
for sixteen mid-market rented properties owned by Weslo Housing
Management at Millhaugh Lane, Bathgate.
These sixteen properties managed by Weslo Initiatives were part
of a specifically designed development completed in 2001, and
facilitate clients who are either looking to rent privately or are
considered a low priority for social housing opportunities.
The properties are a mix between
two, three and four apartment flats. Each property comes with it's
own white goods included, along with gas central heating and secure
front door entry.
Rent for these properties
ranges from £372 to £503 per calendar month, and are
Council Tax Band B.
All Weslo Initiatives properties are complemented by the full
repair service offered by our own dedicated tradesmen, and as such
you can be confident that any faults that you may incur while a
tenant with us will be swiftly dealt with, and completed to a
professionally high standard.
