Weslo Tenants’ Views Sought
Local affordable housing provider Weslo Housing Management is asking every one of its tenants for their views in the services they receive.
All 2162 tenants have been issued with a specially designed questionnaire asking a series of questions about everything from housing repairs to tenant participation.
“We have taken great care to have a questionnaire designed that is quick and easy for tenants to complete. It should only take around 15 minutes and our consultants are on hand to provide assistance every step of the way if it is needed,” explained Mike Bruce, Weslo’s Policy & Development Director.
He went on to explain how important it is that tenants tell Weslo exactly what they think about the services they get. “We pride ourselves on the way that we have listened to tenants since we took over in 1994 but we cannot afford to rest on our laurels and we want to make sure that we maintain our improvement.”
As an added incentive Weslo is offering a chance to win £250 cash to everyone who returns their surveys. Mike Bruce continued, “Tenants can either send their completed survey and prize draw tickets back in the stamped addressed envelopes provided or hand them back into to their nearest Weslo office. They can even complete the survey online if they prefer.”
