Company Structure

Background

The Company was set up by former employees of Scottish Homes, who are Executive Directors and who form the Management Team.

The Board of 12 meets every 6 weeks to take strategic decisions, review performance and oversee the Company's activities.  The Board is headed by a Chairman, and comprises Chief Executive, 4 Tenants, 2 Executive Directors, 2 Non-Executive Directors appointed to bring to the Board specialist knowledge and experience, and nominees from West Lothian and Falkirk Councils.

  • 4 Tenant Directors : elected by a ballot of all Weslo's tenants. 
    Any tenant can stand and elections are held every 3 years

  • 2 Executive Directors
       - Finance Director
       - Operations Director

  • 2 Non-Executive Directors

  • West Lothian Council Representative

  • Falkirk Council Representative
