Repairs following adverse weather conditions
During the recent severe winter weather, you may have
experienced a disruption in our normal high standard of customer
care and service delivery. Because of the extremely low
temperatures and difficult road conditions we were only able to
respond to emergency repairs.
We are now in the process of attending to any follow up work
that has been identified.
As the snow and ice melts you may become aware of damaged or
raised slabs in access paths leading to your home and would ask you
to exercise caution at this time to prevent trips. We will
prioritise these repairs in accordance with our repair response
times. However, higher priority will be given to any elderly,
infirm or disabled tenants.
