Housing Benefit
If you think you might be entitled to help with your rent and
have not made a claim for Housing Benefit, you should do so
immediately. This can be made to either West Lothian Council
or Falkirk Council, depending on where your property is
situated.
For Tenants in
Bathgate:
If you receive Housing Benefit and
your circumstances change you must advise West Lothian Council and contact your
Housing Officer.
There is a Council Revenue Officer
based in our office at 66 North Bridge Street, Bathgate to
help you with benefit claims and appeals. This Officer

Bo'ness:
If you receive Housing Benefit
and your circumstances change you must advise Falkirk Council and contact your Housing
Officer.
