PRE INSPECTION
In some cases it may be necessary to carry out a pre-inspection
to establish precisely what repair is required. Pre-inspections are
carried out within 15 working days (depending on priority) but this
does not form part of our repair response time.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS OUTWITH OFFICE HOURS
An emergency repair is classed as "one which cannot wait until
the next working day without causing serious damage to the
property, or causing a life threatening hazard to the
occupants"
