How you can make a rent payment during COVID-19 Lockdown

Whilst our offices are closed, the following rent payment options are available. Rent is debited on the first day of each month.

Debit & Credit Cards

Weslo accepts all major debit & credit cards. Call us on 03300080432 to access our automated payment line.  In order to make a payment, you will be asked for your 6 digit tenancy sequence number along with your card details. Please contact your Housing Officer if you do not know your tenancy sequence number.

 

Direct Debit

We are able to amend/set up Direct Debits by email. Please contact your Housing Officer to discuss.

Payment Swipe Card

A payment swipe card enables you to pay at:

  • Any Post Office
  • Pay Point outlets at local shops and garages
  • On-line at www.allpay.net
  • By SMS text

To order a card, please contact your Housing Officer.

Bank Credit Transfer

You can make a rent payment at any bank; regardless of whether you have a bank account (you may have to pay a fee).
